Barr Ellison - making life go your way

Control your Assets from Beyond the Grave

Inheritance Tax Seminar for Barr Ellison clients

With autumn fast approaching, it seems appropriate to consider whether your Will needs reviewing.  Are there measures which can be taken to mitigate your family’s Inheritance Tax position?  Would a Trust increase the amount of wealth transferring to your children?  Should you be considering placing your Life Policies in a Trust?  Could you benefit from Business Property Relief?  The queries vary from person to person, from family to family and, in our increasingly complex world, there is no substitute for good expert advice.

The experts at 35 Finance Limited, Rathbone Investment Management and Barr Ellison Solicitors have scheduled a seminar with the working title Control your Assets from Beyond the Grave for the benefit of our clients to provide the answers to your Inheritance Tax, Trusts and Will enquiries.  Attendance is reserved for our clients and is by invitation only, but do not hesitate to contact Michael Denmead for details.

The seminar will be taking place on Monday 9 November 2009 4pm to 6pm.
