Absence Management Workshop

Managing absence is a minefield for businesses, particularly small to medium-sized employers without a dedicated HR function.  A recent survey shows that, whilst the recession has had a positive effect on absence levels, employees are still absent for more than 7 working days every year on average.

Absence is an expensive drain on resources for employers.  Caroline Banwell, a specialist employment solicitor at Barr Ellison Solicitors, is running an interactive Absence Management Workshop on Wednesday morning 24 March 2010.  The workshop is designed to provide managers and employers with the management tools necessary to reduce absence and increase productivity within your business.

Please contact Lynn Roberson to register your interest.  Places are limited and a nominal charge will apply.  Parking is available.
