Debt Collection Service

We offer a prompt, efficient and cost effective debt collection service.

For undisputed simple debts, we will dispatch a letter before action for £95 plus VAT. If that does not produce payment, we offer a fixed fee claims service for simple debts that are undefended up to obtaining a judgment. Court fees are recoverable from the debtor provided they have the assets available from which to pay.

If you wish us to act for you in this type of claim, please complete and return the instruction form (PDF download) together with the required documentation.

In the event your claim is defended or otherwise not straightforward, we will discuss and agree costs with you before commencing work.

We are also able to offer a fixed fee service for preparation and service of a Statutory Demand in simple debt cases.

We offer a fixed fee for enforcement in appropriate cases.

We require payment on account of fees before taking any steps.
