35 Finance Limited provides financial planning, pensions advice, investment portfolio management, and a Trust Review service to clients.  35 Finance Limited was founded in 2006 when Barr Ellison Solicitors spun off its financial services portfolio.

35 Finance Limited offers fee-based independent financial advice.  With offices in Cambridge and King's Lynn, it offers cross-border services to expatriates living in France and Spain.

Barr Ellison Solicitors retains a controlling interest in 35 Finance Limited.  Jeremy Davis, the former head of our financial services team, is now a Director of 35 Finance Limited and the company continues to provide financial services to Barr Ellison’s clients and client meetings can be arranged at our offices.

35 Finance Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

Please note that the separate business known as 35 Finance Limited is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and that the statutory protections attaching to clients of a lawyer regulated by the SRA are not available to clients of the separate business.
