Beverley Henderson

Beverley Henderson is Head of Barr Ellison’s Residential Property team.  Beverley qualified as a solicitor in 1985 and had already acquired top-class experience as a residential property lawyer prior to joining Barr Ellison in 2006, having practised for many years at a senior level in several firms across the country. Building on her previous knowledge, Beverley has gained an enviable reputation for completing conveyancing transactions as quickly and as efficiently as possible. 

Beverley is a ‘people person’ and particularly enjoys building up a personal relationship with her clients, working with them to guide and help them through what can be a very stressful time in their lives.  Beverley regularly deals with high value transactions for our clients and is also experienced at handling complex matters which can arise including:

• Development sites
• All forms of leasehold work
• Transfers on sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgage work
• Listed buildings
• Buildings in conservation areas
• Planning matters.

Beverley graduated with a law degree from Birmingham University, where she completed her training as an Article Clerk with a City centre firm. Beverley then joined a practice in South Staffordshire, where she was made a partner. Beverley’s past experience includes general litigation work.
