Helen James
Forming part of our residential conveyancing team, Helen is an experienced property conveyancer. She has wide-ranging experience in handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, probate sales and transfers of equity.
Helen is also the point of contact for Barr Ellison’s Home Information Pack service, having been heavily involved in developing the process so that it is as streamlined and efficient as possible, to enable properties to be marketed with minimum fuss.
Helen graduated from the University of Sheffield with a BA in English Literature, before moving into a career in law in 2006. During university, Helen worked part-time for a national Building Society. Her banking background is advantageous when it comes to handling the mortgage aspects of property conveyancing.
Helen is currently training to become a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
