Helen James
Forming part of our residential conveyancing team, Helen is an experienced property conveyancer. She has wide-ranging experience in handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, probate sales and transfers of equity.
Helen graduated from the University of Sheffield with a BA in English Literature, before moving into a career in law in 2006. During university, Helen worked part-time for a national Building Society. Her banking background is advantageous when it comes to handling the mortgage aspects of property conveyancing.
Helen is currently training to become a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
