Helen Murphy
Helen is a Legal Executive working within the residential conveyancing team.
Helen acts for private residential clients in all aspects of conveyancing, as well as for developers in the acquisition of development land, and subsequent sale of newly built properties. Recent instructions have included:-
- Acting for a party to a property transaction with a record-breaking value for Cambridge, at over £3m
- Voluntary first registration at H M Land Registry of a client’s rural land holdings, to include several parcels of farm land.
Helen also played a key role in the set up of the firm’s Home Information Pack service.
Helen has over 12 years’ service with Barr Ellison.
